DCC-BitSwitch

to manufacturer
If your railroad has DCC

and you want to automate, you need DCC-Bitswitch.
BitSwitches are compatible with all DCC systems and locomotive decoders
that respond to Brake on DC Set Speed Zero (Brake Generators).
If you intend to use Bitswitch
for O or G Scale, please note that fact when you order either online
or by phone.

At least one required to use any
Bitswitch. (manual version)
This component is manually operated and is suitable
for systems where the mobile decoders support DC analog
conversion for braking, e.g. NCE, TCS, Digitrax, Lenz.
One component serves multiple Bitswitches.

A dedicated
power booster is required.
Needed if using
Soundtraxx decoders. This component can be operated
via CAB and is suitable for all systems. This device
includes a "Set Speed Zero" packet encoder.
This code generator broadcasts a set speed zero command
and is addressable. Suitable for those layouts running
Soundtrax, older NCE or other decoders that do not recognize
DC conversion.

Does not require Bitswitch section
control.
This module allows for the connection of any 5, 9 or
12 VDC accessory direct to DCC track power. The module
supplies a positive voltage regulated current up to
1 Amp to power features such as lights, motor driven
devices, billboards etc.

Does not require Bitswitch section
control.
This BitSwitch can be used for triggering sound effects,
closing a crossing gate, powering a X signal or any
other purpose where it is desirable to apply 6 to 12
VDC to an accessory on the rail side.
Input power source can be 12 to 35 volts AC, DC or DCC.
Output power can be 6 VDC, 9 VDC or 12 VDC depending
on the unit ordered.
Note: This BitSwitch will work for any layout regardless
of the power used to operate the engines (AC, DC, DCC
or BATTERY)

Used to stop trains when they enter
an isolated section (Block, Station, Spur etc.). Timed
stop is adjustable from 0 to 120 seconds. Is compatible
with all BitSwitch controls.
A train entering either of two spurs
will be stopped and held until another train enters
the adjoining spur and then released to the main line.
Used to stop trains as they enter a
siding dependent on the turnout position of that sidings
exit. Is compatible with all BitSwitch controls. Includes
Signal Control.
Controls one block on a line. Is compatible
with all BitSwitch controls. Includes Signal Control.
Controls two blocks on lines that merge
at a station where the operator wishes the trains to
stop. Is compatible with all BitSwitch controls. Includes
Signal Control.
Controls two blocks on lines that separate
at a siding where the operator wishes trains diverted
to the siding to stop and remain in the siding until
another train passes on the MAIN LINE. Is compatible
with all BitSwitch controls.
Controls Two blocks on lines that merge
to a single line where the operator wishes the trains
to stop only as traffic requires. Is compatible with
all BitSwitch controls. Includes Signal Control.
Controls one block immediately proceeding
track points and checks the position of the points (closed
or thrown) and also checks both lines following the
points for occupancy. Is compatible with all BitSwitch
controls. Includes Signal Control.
Controls a section of main line that
operates in a Bi-Directional mode. This BitSwitch accommodates
Double Track to Single Track main to Double Track condition.
Is compatible with all BitSwitch controls.
Controls a crossing where traffic flow
in the automatic mode is always moving in the same direction
on either crossing line. Allows the trains to cross
on a first come first serve basis. Is compatible with
all BitSwitch controls.

STAND ALONE DEVICE
Not suitable for large scale layouts.
Controls a crossing from all 4 directions. Allows the
trains to cross on a first come first serve basis. This
"Crossing Guard" can be used as a stand alone
device or with "Block BitSwitches" on each
approach for additional control but is not fully compatible
