Soundtraxx PnP for Decapod.

Soundtraxx, the major producer of DCC, Digital Sound Decoders (DSD) announced that they will be releasing a Plug and Play DSD for the popular Bachmann Spectrum Russian Decapod steam locomotive. This new DSD will share the same DSD100LC format as other current Soundtraxx offerings.
